BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services, including our image conversion tool that helps convert portrait images to landscape formats with modes such as Manual Crop, Blur Fill, and optional AI Expand.
Our Services may use third-party AI model providers to process selected features. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model providers.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to:

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
The Services and all related software, design, code, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Services without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of images and content you upload to the Services ("User Content").
By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content only as needed to provide requested functions, including conversion, preview generation, AI processing (if selected), troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and process User Content and that your content does not violate third-party rights or law.
Paid features may include AI Expand and related checkout flows. Prices, credit amounts, and feature availability may change.
Where applicable, credits are consumed according to product rules shown at checkout or in-product. Except where required by law, paid amounts are non-refundable once service delivery starts.
Third-party payment processors may handle billing and settlement. Your payment use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that should survive by nature will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity obligations.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GENERATED OR CONVERTED OUTPUT WILL MEET EVERY EXPECTATION OR USE CASE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
